Although anyone may register as a new user from the login page, inLeague recommends using the registration portal as portal as the entry point - the URL for which is always /inleague/index.cfm/Registration/regStatus (e.g. https://myInleagueSite.org/index.cfm/Registration/regStatus). The path to the registration portal is /User/Check at your league's inLeague instance.
