  • inLeague Support can perform the initial setup for you. Set a temporary password on your Select User Administration on the Authorize.net account menu, and then click + Add User and create an account with the user role Account Owner. This access level is necessary for the initial setup; the user can be deleted later if you wish. Use the following details for the login:
    • Login ID: inLeague01
    • First name: inLeague
    • Last Name: Support
    • Title: Support
    • Phone: 512-814-8022
    • Email: sam@inleague.io 
  • Leave the 'email notification' unchecked.  send your account credentials and Merchant Services Merchant ID (MID) to support@inleague.io and arrange a time for a brief phone call. There are at least three PIN codes sent to the email address on file during the setup process, and so whomever monitors that email needs to be on hand to assist inLeague Support. Once this is done, you can then reset your Authorize.net password as inLeague does not need to keep it. Even if inLeague performs the initial configuration, you should review the Fraud Detection and Email receipt settings within Authorize.net.
